Ahmad Al Khalil

Ahmed Al Khalil is a seasoned bilingual legal consultant with over 20 years of experience across both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. Having worked with leading law firms and multinational corporations, Ahmed brings a deep understanding of complex legal landscapes across the GCC and Levant regions.
His expertise spans a wide range of practice areas, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, technology, employment, criminal litigation, and real estate. Known for his pragmatic approach and cross-jurisdictional insight, Ahmed has advised clients on high-stakes transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution strategies.
Ahmad holds a Law degree from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), equipping him with a unique blend of legal acumen and commercial awareness.
Juan Gonzalez-Marinas
Director – ADR
Juan Gonzalez-Marinas brings nearly four decades of business experience across banking, asset recovery, and high-stakes dispute resolution. He began his career working alongside banks in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, successfully recovering funds and assets in some of the most challenging environments.
A specialist in business start-ups across multiple sectors, Juan has spent the past eight years focused on intelligence gathering and fraud recovery. He has worked closely with legal firms and liquidators to trace and recover assets lost to complex fraud and cryptocurrency scams, contributing to several high-profile cases with successful outcomes.
Juan has also operated extensively in the Far East, where he exposed and recovered funds from metal and oil advance fee scams. His work in this region led to the downfall of one of Singapore’s most prolific fraudsters, demonstrating his ability to navigate and dismantle sophisticated international fraud networks.
As Director of ADR, Juan now leads the company’s strategic expansion into Africa and the Middle East, managing on-the-ground contractors and overseeing operations in emerging and high-risk markets.
